Go-Digit to re-file DRHP, as SEBI returns IPO papers

Canada-based Fairfax Group backed company, Go Digit General Insurance will refile DRHP as market regulator SEBI has returned preliminary IPO papers. As per update with SEBI, the markets regulator returned the IPO papers on January 30.

The company has filed DRHP in August 2022 to raise funds through IPO.

The proposed IPO includes fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 1,250 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 10.94 crore equity shares by a promoter and existing shareholders. In offer-for-sale, Go Digit offering to sell 10,94,34,783 equity shares.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are also the investors of the company.
