Havells India declares interim dividend of Rs3

Havells India has announced in a filing that the Board of Directors of the Company have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs3/- per Equity Share of Re1/- each i.e. @ 300% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.

Further, the same shall be payable to all those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date i.e. January 28, 2023 (a separate intimation of the same has already been given to the Exchanges vide letter dated January 06, 2023), the company said.

The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of its declaration i.e. on or before February 17, 2023.

At around 9:25 AM, Havells India was trading at Rs1183.70 per share lower by 1.87% on the BSE.
