Divgi TorqTransfer Systems initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on March 1 will be going to end today on March 3. The IPO is backed by Infosys founder Nandan Nilekani.

The public offer received tepid response for the first 2 days. On day 3, the IPO was subscribed 0.49 times by 11.10 AM. As per the Divgi TorqTransfer Systems IPO subscription status available on BSE, the retail portion of the public issue has been subscribed 2.03 times whereas NII and QIB portion has been subscribed 0.34 times and 0.06 times respectively. Ahead of the IPO, the company has raised over Rs 185 crore from anchor investors by alloting 31.43 lakh equity shares to 12 funds at Rs 590 per share. ICICI Prudential Smallcap Fund, Nippon India Smallcap Fund, Motilal Oswal Large and Midcap Fund are among the funds that participated in the anchor investor round.

The shares of Divgi TorqTransfer Systems IPO will list on BSE and NSE.
