Mold-Tek Technologies declares interim dividend of Rs1.70 for FY22; Stock gains ~1%

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Limited at its Meeting held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 has approved, an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22, @85% i.e., Rs1.70 /- per equity share on face value of Rs2/- per share as against @30% i.e. Rs0.60/- per equity share as interim dividend issued for the FY 20-21.

Further, as per regulatory filing, the Record Date for the Purpose of Interim Dividend shall be March 24, 2022.

The Interim Dividend declared shall be paid on or from March 28, 2022 to April 11, 2022, said company.
