Udayshivkumar Infra IPO subscribed 19.87 times on the final day

Udayshivkumar Infra initial public offer (IPO) subscribed 19.87 times on the final day of the offer at 3.00 PM. 

The non-institutional investor quota was subscribed 41.51 times, while the category for retail individual investors (RIIs) got 10.33 times subscription and qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) 12.19 times.

Udayshivakumar Infra IPO consists of fresh issue of 20,000,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 aggregating to Rs 66 crore. The minimum order quantity is 428 Shares. 

The company will use net proceeds of the issue to fund incremental working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

The company, is 100% owned by promoters and nearly has Rs 194 crore of market capitalisation at the upper end of the price band.
