(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 11.08.2023) We wish to inform that 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held today i.e., Friday, September 22, 2023, through Video Conferencing mode and business mentioned in the notice dated August 11, 2023, was transacted by the members of the Company. In this connection, we have enclosed summary of proceedings of the AGM as required under the Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
