Approval of revised notice of Annual General Meeting. 37th Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2022-23 along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 01:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the Members. Intimation of Cutoff date for remote e-voting and closure of register of members & share transfer book for 37th AGM (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 27/06/2023) Please find enclosed proceedings/outcome of the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today i.e. Friday, 21st July, 2023 at 01.00 p.m. and concluded at 01.48 p.m. The shareholders of the Company at the 37th Annual General Meeting has appointed/re-appointed directors on the board of the company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 21.07.2023) Voting results and scrutinizers report for the 37th AGM of the Company held on 21st July, 2023 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 24/07/2023)
