AGM 27/09/2023 The Board of Directors of Ester Industries Limited (the Company) at their meeting held today i.e. 11th August, 2023, inter-alia, considered and approved Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 and other general matters. The copy of the said results along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, are attached herewith. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 11.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the proceedings of the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today i.e. Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 27.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith details of voting results and Scrutinizers Report of 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27th September, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/09/2023)
