(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023) We wish to inform that the 7th Annual General Meeting of the Bank was held today i.e. September 25, 2023 at 12 Noon(IST) through video conferencing means and summary of the proceedings is enclosed in the letter.
