The Record Date for the purpose of 28th AGM and ascertaining eligibility of Final Dividend for FY 2022-23 is Wednesday, August 16, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 31.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the Proceedings of the 28th Annual General Meeting held today i.e. Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 03:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 24/08/2023) We submit herewith the Voting Results and Scrutinizers Report of 28th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, August 24, 2023.
