AGM 02/09/2023 We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today on 03rd August, 2023 have considered and approved the matters which are attached herewith The company would like to intimate that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain close from Saturday, 26th August, 2023 to Saturday, 02nd September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2022-23. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 03.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we enclose herewith proceedings of the Company held on Saturday, 02nd September, 2023 at 03:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means.
