AGM 11/08/2023 Annual Report for the FY 2022-23 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 18.07.2023) This is to inform you that the Company had submitted the Annual Report for the FY 2022-23 on July 18, 2023, to the Stock Exchanges. However, it is found that the Company has inadvertently submitted the incorrect version of the Annual Report to the Stock Exchanges. In this regard, we would like to submit the correct version of the Annual Report for the FY 2022-23. We regret the inconvenience caused and request you to kindly take the above on record.
