We would like to inform you that the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company shall be held on Friday, 4th August,2023 at 10:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations,2015 (Listing Regulations) read with the Circulars issued time to time. The deemed venue for the meeting shall be the registered office of the Company at Milestone 18, Ambala Kalka Road Bhankharpur, Derabassi, Dist. S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali-140201.
