The Register of members and Share Transfer Register shall remain closed from Tuesday, September 12, 2023 to Wednesday, September 20, 2023 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. We are enclosing the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23.
