The copy of the Notice of the 27th AGM is enclosed herewith. 2. Cut-off date for remote e-voting is Wednesday, 12th July, 2023. The remote e-voting shall commence on Sunday, 16th July, 2023 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) and will end on Tuesday, 18th July, 2023 at 5.00 p.m. (IST).
