With reference to the above subject, 28th AGM schedule, Remote E voting, Book Closure and cut of date is as follows: The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held today, i.e. Saturday, September, 30, 2023 at 2.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business as stated in the AGM Notice dated September, 8, 2023 (Notice) In this regard please find enclosed summary of proceedings as required under Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
