We wish to inform you that 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 02:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility to transact the Ordinary and Special Business set out in the Notice convening the AGM of the Company. The copy of Notice of 16th AGM is attached with this letter. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 02.09.2023) Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule lll of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the gist of proceedings of the 16th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 2:35 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visuals Means (OAVM)facility.
