BG Srinivas joins PDS Limited as Independent Director

PDS Limited has appointed BG Srinivas to its Board as an Independent and Non-Executive Director. Srinivas' background in top global corporations indicates PDS' dedication to enhancing its Board with both industry knowledge and exemplary corporate governance practices, the company said.

With more than 36 years of experience in various industries, BG Srinivas is a prominent global business executive who has held leadership positions in several markets across the US, Europe, and Asia. He has worked with well-known publicly listed companies such as PCCW Ltd, Infosys Ltd, and ABB Group. 

In his prior roles, Srinivas has served as an Executive Director and Group Managing Director at PCCW, an IT firm based in Hong Kong, as well as the President and Whole-time Director at Infosys Limited.
