Emami Paper Mills names Mukesh Agarwal as Interim CFO

Emami Paper Mills Limited informed that the board of directors of the company has appointed Mukesh Kumar Agarwal, Assistant Vice President (Finance), has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer (Interim CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company effective from November 28, 2022.

Mukesh is appointed to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of S K Khetan, the company’s former Chief Financial Officer, and shall hold the position until the appointment of the next Chief Financial Officer.

Shri Mukesh Kumar Agarwal, 50, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College Kolkata with over 25 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation.

Emami Paper Mills Limited hired him as an executive trainee in 1997, and he has since progressed to the position of Assistant Vice President (Finance). Prior to joining Emami Paper, he worked as an Internal Audit Officer for Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
