The promoter of Gravita India sells 4.6% stake for Rs 181 crore

On Monday, a Gravita India promoter sold a 4.6% share for Rs 181 crore in an open market transaction. 

The shares were sold by Gravita India’s promoter, Rajat Agrawal.

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has block deal information that shows Rajat Agrawal sold 32 lakh shares, or 4.6% of Gravita India.

At an average price of Rs 565 per share, the shares were sold, bringing the total transaction value to Rs 180.80 crore.

Affiliates of the financial organization Nomura Holdings bought the shares.

Shares of Gravita India increased 1.45% on Monday, closing at Rs 578.90 a share on the NSE. The stock reached a 52-week high during the day of Rs 601 per share.
