(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 20/07/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 (3)of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, find enclosed details of voting results inclusive of remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM of the Company held on Thursday, 20th July 2023 at 11.00 am through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Means.
