In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule Ill) and 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we enclose the following statements for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023, which were approved and taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, i.e. 25 April 2023: a) Statement of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023 along with Audit Report; b) Statement of Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023 along with Audit Report; and c) Press Release. The audit reports are submitted with unmodified opinion (free from any qualifications) and a declaration to that effect is enclosed. Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at the registered office of the Company In compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, rules framed thereunder and Regulation 34(1) read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report for FY2023 and Notice of 16th AGM as circulated to the shareholders of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 03.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith a copy of the newspaper advertisements published on 4 July 2023, in Financial Express (English) and Kesari (Marathi) concerning 16th Annual General Meeting, Annual Report for FY 2023, Record Date and E-voting Information. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04.07.2023) Summary of proceedings of the 16th Annual General Meeting held on 25 July 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 25/07/2023) Submission of Voting Result pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015) along with Scrutinizers Report.
