AGM 14/09/2023 a. This is to inform you that the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, 14th September, 2023 at 03:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing. b. The Board has fixed 07th September, 2023 as the cut-off date for determining the Shareholders eligible to exercise Remote E-voting and Voting at the 62nd AGM to be held on 14th September, 2023.
