The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up (i.e. 200%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2023 The 76th AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 8th August 2023. The Board approved the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Wednesday, 2nd August 2023 to Tuesday, 8th August 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company Dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid within 30 days after the conclusion of the AGM to those shareholders, whose names appear in the Companys Register of Members/ Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories viz., National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as at the close of business hours on 1st August 2023.
