AGM 30/09/2023 We wish to inform that the company will provide remote e-voting facility to its members to vote electronically on all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 35th AGM of the Company and also during the AGM through the e-voting system. The remote e-voting period shall commence on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. and end on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 05:00 p.m. (both days inclusive). The Cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to exercise remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM is Saturday, September 23, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 08.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015, please find enclosed herewith a summary of the proceedings of the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held today i.e. Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 10.00 A.M.
