The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on 13th February,2024 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI(LODR) Regulation,2015, we are submitting herewith the Integrated Annual Report of the company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2020-21 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members. The 32nd Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. IST through VC/OAVM. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI(LODR), Regulation, 2015, we are Submitting herewith the Integrated Annual report of the company along with the notice of AGM for the Financial Year 2022-23 which is being sent through electronic mode to members.
