In compliance with regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), audited financial results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the period ended 31st March, 2023 (FY 2022-23), as approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held today are being forwarded herewith for your kind information and records, please. It is further informed that the Board has recommended a final dividend of 0.62/- per share of 10/- each for the FY 2022-23 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of 1.15/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2022-23 declared in the month of February, 2023 and will be paid within the statutory period as per the Companies Act, 2013.
