Titan was founded by Xerxes Desai and he was the first managing director of the entity. Titan holds the position of India’s largest branded jewellery maker and is the world’s fifth-largest integrated brand watch manufacturer. The entity is also the parent company of Tanishq, popularly known for its state-of-the-art jewellery across India and global markets.

• Leadership: Titan Enterprise is led by C.K. Ventakaram as Managing Director. C.K. The current leadership positions are to be succeeded by Ajoy Chawla, effective January 1, 2026.
• Strategic Alliances & Acquisitions: Titan Enterprises made an agreement with the Murjani Group to manufacture, market, and distribute Tommy Hilfiger watch collections across India in 2004.
