Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we are pleased to provide the proceedings of 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, held on Saturday 30th September,2023 at 11.00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company at Gat No. 336,338-341, Village Andori, Taluka-Khandala, Shirval, Pandarpur Road, Satara-415521 and Maharashtra (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023)
