This is to inform you that 22nd August, 2023 is fixed as the cut-off date for the purpose of final dividend and e-voting in connection with the AGM of the Company scheduled to be convened on 29th August, 2023 With reference to the above cited subject, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, 01th August, 2023, inter-alia, has transacted items of Agenda enclosed in the letter attached The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 23rd August, 2023 to 29th August, 2023 (both days inclusive)for the purpose of AGM and dividend (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 01.08.2023) We wish to inform you that the 36th Annual General meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th August, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 07.08.2023) We would like to inform you that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the members of Vasundhara Rasayans Limited was held on Tuesday, the 29th August, 2023, at 11: 30 a.m. (IST) electronically through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio- Visual Means (OAVM).
