Initial public offer of 27,72,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the Equity Shares) of Lakshya Powertech Limited (The Company or LPL or The Issuer) at an issue price of Rs. 180 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 49.91 crores (Public Issue) out of which 1,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 180 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 2.66 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion) and 72,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 165 aggregating Rs. 1.19 crores for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) (the Employee Reservation Portion). The public issue less market maker reservation portion and employee reservation portion i.e. issue of 25,52,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 180 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 46.31 crores is herein after referred to as the Net Issue. The public issue and net issue will constitute 27.50 % and 25.32% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. A Discount of Rs. 15 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
