Aster DM Healthcare is investing ₹220 Crore to establish Hyderabad’s largest women and children’s hospital. The new facility will cover 3 lakh square feet and feature 300 beds, focusing on advanced medical care. The first phase of the hospital is anticipated to open by mid-FY26.
The hospital will specialize in obstetrics, gynecological care, and neonatal and pediatric services to meet the healthcare needs of Hyderabad’s growing population.
Key medical services will include a Cath lab, MRI, CT, ECMO, and IVUS, ensuring high-end treatment options. The facility will have 100 critical care beds, 10 modular operating theaters, luxury birthing suites, and 24/7 emergency services.
Azad Moopen, Founder and Chairman of Aster DM Healthcare, highlighted the hospital’s significance in enhancing healthcare for women and children in South India.
This project aims to improve medical outcomes and access to quality care in Hyderabad and nearby areas. The initiative is part of Aster DM Healthcare’s broader strategy to add 2,000 beds across India by FY27, with plans for further expansion into Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.
Aster DM Healthcare has allocated ₹1,200 Crore for its expansion, positioning itself among India’s top three integrated healthcare providers.
