Lemon Tree Hotels Expands in Karnataka with New Property in Kalaburagi

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced a new property in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, through a license agreement with its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Ltd. The hotel, set to open by FY27, will feature 72 rooms along with various amenities, including a restaurant, bar, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, fitness center, and spa.

Kalaburagi, known for its rich history and landmarks like Gulbarga Fort and Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah, is a popular tourist destination. The hotel will be conveniently located 14 km from Kalaburagi Airport and 6 km from the railway station, with easy access to public and private transport.

Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, expressed excitement about the new venture, emphasizing the company’s ongoing growth in Karnataka, adding to its existing eight hotels and one upcoming property in the state.
