NBCC Wins Major Contracts Worth ₹448 Crore Across Key Projects

NBCC (India) Ltd announced securing multiple contracts valued at a total of ₹448.74 crore as of November 12. Contract from GAIL worth ₹50 crore involves planning, designing, and executing interior and fit-out works across three floors of GAIL’s office in New Delhi.

New India Assurance contract valued at ₹136 crore includes demolition, design, construction, and furnishing for four buildings located in Andheri and Malad, Mumbai.

Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, UP (West) and Uttarakhand, Kanpur order valued at ₹262.74 crore involves constructing Pratyaksha Kar Bhawan and a residential complex in Kanpur.

Recent ₹500 crore order from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) mandates NBCC to build facilities at various locations including BIS headquarters, Delhi, Sahibabad lab, Noida training institute, and labs in Mohali and Bengaluru.

Additionally, NBCC’s subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Ltd (HSCL) received a ₹65 crore contract for development work on Bank of Baroda’s commercial plot in Financial City, Bengaluru. The project will be handled on a deposit work basis.
