The shares of Bajaj Housing Finance lists at a premium of 114% on bourses. The shares list on NSE and BSE at ₹150, with a premium of 114.29%.
The ₹6560 crore initial public offer of Bajaj Housing Finance was subscribed 63.61 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers category was the highest bidders subscribed 209.36 times of allocated quota followed by Non-institutional investors who subscribed 41.51 times while the retail portion was subscribed 7.04 times.
The IPO comprises fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹3,560 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of shares of ₹3,000 crore by parent Bajaj Finance. The company will use the net proceeds from fresh issue towards meeting future capital requirements and for onward lending.
The book-running lead managers of the IPO are SBI Capital Markets Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd, BofA Securities India Ltd, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Ltd, JM Financial Ltd, and Axis Capital.
