Bosch Limited posted robust performance during the quarter ended March 2025. The business posted a 16% year-on-year growth in its revenue at ₹5,233 Crore. This was supported by a strong traction in passenger vehicle segments and tractor business.
The company said that Mobility business revenue registered an upside of 14.90% on a sequential basis. On the other hand, the Beyond Mobility segment posted a growth of 1.70%.
The business, however, posted a 2% decline on a year-on-year basis to ₹554 Crore. In the year-ago period the business logged a net profit of ₹564.40 Crore. It also stated that operating performance remained steady, with EBITDA up by 16% to ₹647 Crore. Margins came in strong at 13.17%.
The company informed the bourses and shareholders that the board also recommended a final dividend of ₹512 per equity share for the financial year ended March 2025. In the previous corresponding period, the business announced a dividend of ₹375 per share. The company plans to pay the dividend on or before August 18, 2025, if approved at the AGM.
Bosch remains positive on its growth prospects in FY26, paced by India’s accelerating shift toward digitalization, sustainable mobility, and electrification.
The company’s board also approved the re-appointment of Guruprasad Mudlapur as Managing Director for a period of two years beginning July 1, 2026.
