Tata Technologies has appointed Geena Binoy as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO), the global engineering and product development digital services company announced in a statement.
Binoy, who is already a member of the company’s executive leadership team and is in charge of worldwide delivery for digital enterprise solutions (DES), will be in charge of driving its human resources strategy, with a focus on talent supply chain and talent development, as well as supporting its growth ambitions.
According to the announcement, in her new job, she will oversee initiatives to improve learning, innovation, and diversity.

Under Pawan Bhageria’s (global HR head) guidance, we have laid a solid foundation, and with Geena’s appointment, we are sure that our people strategy will be precisely aligned with the next stage of our growth,” said Warren Harris, Tata Technologies’ CEO and managing director.
Binoy has over 30 years of expertise in the manufacturing and technology industries.
