On Wednesday, October 23, Jyoti Structures shares increased by 5% after receiving a letter of acceptance for a ₹450 Crore order from Adani Energy Solutions in Gujarat.
The scope of work includes a turnkey survey, soil investigation, tower supply, foundation, commissioning, erection, and stringing of the LILO of the 765 kV DC Bhuj II-Lakadia transmission line in Navinal, Gujarat.
The order must be fulfilled within 18 months, by April 2026.
In August, the business secured a ₹106 Crore order from a renowned private developer to supply towers for a 765 kV transmission line. The order was to be fulfilled within ten months.
In July, the company announced an order worth about 118 Crore from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd for the construction and partial delivery of the 765kV D/C KPS III-AP44 Transmission Line. The order needs to be completed by October 10, 2025.
Jyoti Structures Limited was formed in 1974. The corporation works in electricity, transmission, distribution, and substations. The registered office of the company is in Mumbai.
At around 3.20 PM, Jyoti Structures was trading 4.97% higher at ₹31.88, against the previous close of ₹30.37 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday high and low of ₹31.88, and ₹30.37, respectively.
