On Wednesday, Kalpataru Projects International announced that it has received orders totalling Rs 2,273 crore.
According to a business release, Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. (KPIL), its joint ventures (JVs), and its overseas subsidiaries have obtained new contracts and notifications of awards totalling Rs 2,273 crore.
The new orders are for domestic residential construction projects as well as the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector in India and international markets.
“With considerable traction in the T&D business, especially in India, our order book continues to strengthen,” stated Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO of KPIL. Additionally, we are pleased with the recent order wins in the B&F industry. With these orders, our year-to-date order inflow is around Rs 14,100 crore. More significantly, our T&D division has accounted for nearly 56% of all orders received to date.
Power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, water supply and irrigation, railroads, oil and gas pipelines, urban transportation (flyovers & metro rail), highways, and airports are among the major specialities of KPIL’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business.
