Archean chemical IPO expected to list at a premium

Archean Chemical Industries Ltd. shares will begin trading on Dalal Street today because the company’s IPO listing date has been set for November 21st, 2022. According to information on the BSE website, equity shares of Archean Chemical Industries Ltd. will be listed and admitted to trading on Indian exchanges in the list of the “B” category of securities as of Monday, November 21, 2022. This indicates that today’s Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) will include shares of Archean Chemical.

Archean Chemical shares are offered in the grey market at a premium of Rs 60, before the company’s IPO debut.  This suggests that the grey market anticipates that the Archean Chemical IPO listing will be about 467 (407 + 60).
