Everest Organics Limited has announced that Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPCB) has inspected its facility for pollution control issues and after careful consideration and analysis of all the material facts issued Permanent Revocation of Closure Order.
At around 12:29 PM, Everest Organics was trading at Rs249.90 apiece up by Rs1.05 or 0.42% on Sensex.
Pursuant to the temporary revocation and extension of revocation of factory closure order received from TSPCB, the Board (TSPCB) after careful investigation and deliberation of all the material facts of the case found that the management has taken adequate and satisfactory steps to comply with the provisions of TSPCB towards the environmental safety and has issued permanent revocation of closure order dated February 04, 2022..
