Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd has informed to the exchanges in a regulatory filing regarding acquisition of Jannat Fabbrics and Apparels Private Limited.

As pe the filing, the company has acquired 100% stake in Jannat Fabrics and Apparels Private Limited thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Garment Mantra Lifestyle is a small cap company operating in a Apparels sector.
