Heranba Industries Ltd has informrd that the Company is in the process of incorporating a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company namely “Mikusu lndia Private Limited”.
The name of the proposed Company has been approved Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and the Company is in the process of filing required forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, said company in a regulatory filing.
The wholly owned subsidiary shall carry out business in the field of Agro-Chemical.
The Company will subscribe to 50,000/- Equity shares at the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs5 lakh.
On Tuesday, Heranba Industries ended at Rs600.70 per piece lower by 2.82% on the BSE.
