IFB Agro Industries shoots up 8% on completing distillery expansion project in West Bengal

IFB Agro Industries Limited has completed the capacity expansion project of the company’s Distillery located at Noorpur, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal.

The company said in a filing that after the capacity expansion the Spirit Production Capacity has been increased from 110 KL per day to 170 KL per day.

The company stock was in demand on Wednesday. At around 9.55 am, IFB Agro Industries Ltd was trading at Rs724.75 per share up Rs53.90 or 8.03% from its previous closing of Rs670.85 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs685 and has touched a high and low of Rs733.00 and Rs683.15 respectively.
