Page Industries’ Executive Director Rohan Genomal steps down

Page Industries Limited informed that Rohan Genomal has submitted his resignation via his letter/email dated January 9, 2023. Rohan is vacating the position of Executive Director – Strategy as he is relocating abroad due to some personal reasons.

Rohan Genomal has expressed his willingness to continue contributing to the company’s success and long-term growth in the capacity of a non-executive director.

Rohan Genomal’s resignation from the position of Executive Director was accepted by the Board of Directors via circulation, and the Board recognized his contributions during his tenure as Executive Director. The resignation will be effective from March 31, 2023, at the end of business hours.

Rohan joined Page Industries in 2014 and assumed roles in e-commerce and product management. He also helped in growing the business excellence department. Following this, Rohan assumed the charge of Head-Strategy of Page Industries and thereafter was promoted to Executive Director–Strategy in November 2021.

At around 9.52 AM, Page Industries was trading at Rs41,414.25 per piece, up by 0.032% against the previous close of Rs41,397 on NSE.
