The Indian Benchmark Index Sensex and Nifty trading in green on April 29, 2025. At 1:52 pm, Sensex is trading at 80,413 (0.24%), a 195 points gain over the previous close. Nifty is trading at 24,365 (0.14%), a 34.75 point gain from the last close.  In the National Stock Exchange, 1336 shares advances and 1163 stocks declines. In Nifty 50, 19 stocks are trading in green, and 31 stocks are trading in red.

In Sensex, Reliance, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, Infosys are the top gainers. Top losers in Sensex include Power Grid Corp, NTPC, UltraTech Cement, Sun Pharma. ICICI Bank is the only stock that hits 52-week high in Sensex.

In Nifty, Reliance, Bharat Elec, Tech Mahindra, Infosys are the top gainers. Top losers in Nifty include UltraTech Cement, Power Grid Corp, ONGC, Coal India. ICICI Bank is the only stock that hits 52-week high in Nifty. In the broader market, the BSE Midcap index trades at a 0.28% gain, whereas the BSE Smallcap Index trades at a 0.22% gain to the previous close.
