Shenu Agarwal has been named the new managing director and CEO of Ashok Leyland, the largest producer of commercial vehicles in India and the flagship company of the Hinduja group.
Shenu had served as president of Escorts Kubota Ltd. before joining Ashok Leyland. During his more than seven years as the agribusiness’s top executive, he played a significant role in elevating Escorts to a leadership position by introducing modern, international standards for manufacture, design, and quality.
