Hindalco Industries: Novelis Inc. has filed to offer 45 million (4.5 Crore) shares for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The IPO pricing band is expected to be between $18 and $21. Novelis is aiming for a valuation of up to $12.6 billion in its US IPO.
PNB Housing Finance: Two shareholders of the housing finance company have been offered a 2.68% stake in the company, which equates to 6.96 million shares. According to sources, the offer includes a floor price of ₹717 per share, which is a 5% decrease from the previous close. The holders aim to sell roughly ₹500 Crore worth of shares.
IRCTC: Railway PSU recorded a 1.9% year-on-year growth in net profit to ₹284.2 Crore in the fourth quarter. In the same quarter, it had a net profit of ₹278.8 Crore. IRCTC reported a 19.7% growth in revenue from operations, reaching ₹1,154.8 Crore from ₹965 Crore in the previous fiscal year.
Amara Raja Energy: In the fourth quarter, the automotive battery maker’s net profit increased by 61.4% to ₹229.8 Crore from the previous year. In the same quarter previous year, it reported a net profit of ₹142 Crore. The company’s income from operations climbed by 19.5% to ₹2,908 Crore from ₹2,433.2 Crore in the previous year.
Brigade Enterprises: The real estate firm’s net profit increased by 234.3% year on year to ₹210.9 Crore in the fourth quarter. In the same quarter of FY23, it made a net profit of ₹63.1 Crore. The company’s revenue from operations increased by 102.04% to ₹1,702.4 Crore from ₹842.6 Crore in the previous year.
NBCC: The state-owned construction firm reported a 24.6% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹141.5 Crore in the fourth quarter. In FY23’s same quarter, it reported a net profit of ₹113.6 Crore. Revenue from operations increased by 43% to ₹4,025 Crore, from ₹2,814 Crore in the previous year.
Gujarat Narmada Valley: The state-run company logged a 61.3% year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹130 Crore in the fourth quarter. In the same quarter of previous year, it reported a net profit of ₹336 Crore. The company’s revenue decreased by 7.1% to ₹2,110 Crore, from ₹2,271 Crore in the previous fiscal year.
Wockhardt: The pharmaceutical firm stated that is has recorded a net loss of ₹177 Crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2024. In the same quarter, it reported a net loss of ₹237 Crore. The company’s revenue from operations climbed by 3.2% to ₹700 Crore, up from ₹678 Crore the previous fiscal year.
ABFRL: The company reported a net loss of ₹266.4 Crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2024. In the same quarter previous year, it had a net loss of ₹194.5 Crore. The company’s income from operations climbed 18.3% to ₹3,406.7 Crore from ₹2,879.7 Crore in the previous year.
Reliance Industries: Reliance Industries, which operates the world’s largest refining complex, has struck a one-year agreement with Russia’s Rosneft to buy at least 3 million barrels of oil per month in roubles, according to four persons familiar with the situation.
