(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 21.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A (Para A) of Schedule III and Regulation 34(l)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we hereby enclose the Notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting ( AGM) of Nicco Parks & Resorts Limited (the Company) scheduled to be held on Monday, 18th September, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means and the Annual Report of the Company for Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023, respectively. The aforesaid have also been made available on the website of the Company, viz., www.niccoparks.com.
