AGM 28/09/2023 Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with para A of part A of Schedule III of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), we wish to submit summary of proceedings of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28th September, 2023, through video conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.09.2023)
